Monitoring - We have identified an issue affecting the latest iOS app build, where push notifications for incoming calls were not received if the app was fully closed (quit) rather than minimised.
A fixed version of the app is being released imminently. Once available, please update to the latest version to resolve this issue.
If you continue to experience problems receiving incoming call notifications after updating, please uninstall and reinstall the app to ensure notifications are restored.
